Our Story
Three great friends with a passion for helping others and delivering results. RCH Benefits Advisors, LLC was formed to approach employee benefits in a different way for employers. At our core, we believe that understanding healthcare matters. An employer’s group medical plan not only is the most costly benefit that is offered but it also impacts an employer's ability to offer additional value added benefits to employees. Because of our diverse backgrounds, we are uniquely positioned to assist employers of all sizes with their employees benefits package.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple: use data to drive decisions, be transparent and honest with clients, and listen to employers' needs. RCH Benefits Advisors leverages our team’s experience running hospitals, physician practices and health plans to educate and inform employers and their employees on how to utilize the healthcare delivery system most efficiently.
